My mom and I visited Olivia’s Secret Hair and Beauty for the first time today and had a really lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, Dianne, Olivia and Lilly were all so friendly and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable straight away. Our appointments started on time and the salon had a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. We also really appreciated that the pricing was exactly as quoted and explained upfront, with no surprises. Overall it was a very enjoyable visit and were very happy with the results. We’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend them to others. 😊

Such a welcoming salon with an amazing atmosphere. The team all work seamlessly together across all customers. My hair colour results were so much better than I expected. Likabelle’s knowledge in all things curly cutting & colour was so impressive & Dianne is such an energy to be around! Even the apprentice’s skills are better than some fully qualified hairdressers! This was my first professional curly hair cut and I was very surprised with the results, I didn’t know my hair could get that curly. Diane explained how I can maintain it at home and took the time to mark each product I bought to show the order and how much I need to use. I have been able to get the same results at home by following her instructions. It was also clear she has good relationships with her regulars and everyone was very friendly.
